How do caffeine works?
In your brain there is what we call Adenosine which when combines to certain receptors will trigger the body to become timid, lousy and sleepy. When caffeine interferes, it attaches with the receptors and will prohibit the Adenosine to attach. When the pituitary gland sees this, it will release adrenaline glands thinking that it was emergency. That’s how caffeine makes the body alert.

Asian countries actually produce the most expensive coffee. It is the Alamid coffee which is produced in Southeast Asian Countries including Philippines. A pound of this coffee can cost from $100 to $600 dollars.
What’s surprising is that this coffee actually came from a wild cat’s poo. The farmers will then pick the poo, remove the beans, clean it and will roast it.
