Jollibee's Chicken and Mushroom Pasta

Jollibee Chicken and Mushroom Pasta

Ever since I am a kid, I am a digger of the Jollibee Spaghetti. Now that I’m all grown up, I’m still a sucker. If I will have my meal at Jollibee, I will definitely order either Chicken Joy or Spaghetti. Then I’m happy.

When I found out that they have this new variety of Spaghetti which they call the Chicken and Mushroom Pasta, I wanted to try this one. Along with the  Sundae Mix-ins Milo Blasts I took out this new pasta. I don’t know why, but the appeal of this new version of the number fast food in the Philippines is like a candy for a baby.

Packaging, Price and Availability

As usual, this comes in a styro packaging with plastic spoon and fork wrapped around tissue. This is available in all Jollibee outlets, according to Nick, one of the Jollibee crew, they still don’t have the ideas whether or not this product will remain. Unlike the Milo Blast that is only an addition to help people beat the Summer heat.

A single order of the pasta is worth P55.00. Not too cheap and not expensive.

Taste and Buttomline

With all sincerest honesty, I don’t like this one. There was this blandness that makes me not satisfied. Unlike their original spaghetti that is sweet and tasty, the Chicken and Mushroom Pasta has no taste for me. The only thing that keeps me chewing is the mushroom, I am also a huge fan of it and the peppery kicks.

I am also expecting lots of chicken from the pasta, but this one failed me.

If you have this truly Pinoy taste buds like mine who would love to dig sweet and sour spaghetti, you might be disappointed with the Chicken and Mushroom Pasta of Jollibee. It’s like Italian bland spaghetti. I also asked my little sister about to taste this product and she also said to me that she doesn’t like it. Like me, she is also a huge fan of original Jollibee Spaghetti.

You should also try this one and comment to this post about your thoughts.
