Resin-coated knife, chop your ingredients the easiest way

| On 02, Jun 2012

One of the pain in cooking, for me, is the chopping. This is one of the most consuming part of my nightly routine. But, I can’t skip it, unless you’ll have someone to slice or chop the vegetables and meat for you. Being one of the youngest in the family, I don’t have someone to do it for me. So, I have no choice.

Another pain in the chopping is sticking of of ingredients on the side of the knife. Instead of copping away continuously, I still bother to swipe those ingredients on the side to achieve equal chopping. It’s consuming and momentum breaking.

Well, this is not a problem anymore. A non-stick knife is now also available in the market.

This is the resin-coated knives. These knives are still made from stain-less and sharp blade, mostly from carbons. The magic lays in the coating. The blade is coated with resin the prevents the materials from sticking on the side even when the materials are wet. This knife is best for slicing, chopping, dicing and other chopping processes.

Mostly of this knife are well-balanced making you chopping continuous, heavy-gauged meaning it’s ¬†very durable and can last a lifetime. And a state-of-the-art sharpness that can slide down the foods easily.

The Ergonomic handle has soft grip and protective safety sheath. It’s not heavy and can be easily washed.

So, if you are into cooking, but hates chopping. A resin-coated knives is a perfect gift for you. This will not just make your life easier, but will also put elegance to your kitchen.
