Undeniably, fried chicken is one of the most favorite meals of people from around the world.
Since I was a kid, I loved gravy very much. I’m one of those crazy people who will sip down gravies from Mc. Donalds and KFC that will make the store unable to earn. lol! Since then, I tried my best to create my own gravy. Being a kid, at first, I thought that the color of the gravy came from brown sugar, making my own version sweet, like those of the fish ball sauce.
But, as time goes by, I asked lots of people and to found out that the color only came from soy sauce! Damn! After that, I am able to produce fair tasting gravy and little by little I made it to the blockbuster (for me) side. Every time I cook fried chicken, expect gravy on the side.
