Roasted chicken marinated in Vinegar Sauce
It’s Summer now and everyone wanted to become a little thinner. One of the best way is to lessen fat intake and eating grilled or roasted meat is definitely a good thing to start with. While cooking roasted chicken some of the fat will be eliminated making a healthier dish. If you are really into diet remove the skin of chicken while eating (torture yun).
This roasted chicken of mine is soaked in a different marinade. As I always said, the longer the meat is marinated the better. So start this recipe ahead of time to achieve the greatest taste.
Few weeks ago, I already posted my recipe for Roasted Chicken with Red Garlic Sauce. I used the chopped ones, because my mom forgot that I requested for a whole chicken.
This time, my mom bought me whole chicken. I marinaded it first in a different marinade and cook it again using our turbo broiler. The longer the chicken is soaked in the marinade the better.
Roasted chicken is cooked using an oven, grill or turbo broiler. This is a dish came from western countries, where they used turkey. The original recipe was cooked with salt only, but as time goes by many put flavors, use marinade and used the process to different poultry animals.
The best thing about this dish is that all the oil will drip from the chicken. Therefor, we can say, it’s healthier, but the flavors were still there.
This recipe of mine will marinade the chicken first. I asked my mom to buy me a whole chicken for our dinner, but all the things she remembered was only chicken. So, she bought the chopped chicken. I marinade the pieces first then use our turbo broiler to cook the chicken.
