I know a sour cream recipe that will surely rush those happy hormones. I called this Sour Cream and Mango Overload.
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Sour Cream
- 6 spoon Honey
- 2 Medium Mango
Procedure
- Separate the mango flesh to the seed and skin. Chop some into cubes and chop some finely. Set aside.
- Combine the sour cream and honey together. Make sure you combine it very well. Don’t use an electric mixer, otherwise, you’ll end up with a disintegrated mixture.
- Combine the sour cream and mango together.
- Put into the freezer until frozen.
- Serve and enjoy.
This recipe is better if you’ll use the store-bought sour cream. They are thicker and more consistent than the homemade.
