We used to hear that if you wanted to lose weight we should replace white sugar with the brown one. Is it really that way? Is brown sugar the healthier choice and the better for people who wanted to lose weight?
My control freak and OCD father doesn’t want me buying the raw ingredients for our everyday meal. He said we are not aware or the routines around the wet market and might end up buying to those opportunists. He always is always tasked with buying them while we, the children are the ones who will cook.
It’s ok to have selfie and post in social media. I admit I used to do it sometimes and it feels good that people appreciate you.
As much as possible, we wanted our children – in my case, my nieces – to stay indoors so they won’t be exposed to those things that our eyes can and can’t see. However, it shouldn’t be that way. We should let them be exposed to the bad so they will be protected.
For the whole month of July, the Philippines experienced wet days because of the storms. It’s boring, I can say. I can’t go out for some fun. My dogs also don’t like because they were not able to do our nightly walk around our streets.
