Actually, I just named this dish mustard and carrots salad for the sake of this post. However, mustard and carrots are not the main ingredients.
- 1 bundle mustard – chopped
- 2 medium-sized carrots – peeled and grated
- 2 medium radish – peeled and grated
- 1 medium turnip – grated
- 3 medium tomatoes – chopped
- 1 tablespoon rock salt
- 1 cup water
- pepper
Let’s Make Mustard and Carrots Salad
- Mix carrots, radish, turnip, and mustard in a bowl.
- Mash the vegetable with salt.
- Add water and mix well.
- Squeeze the vegetable well.
- Add tomatoes and pepper. Then, mix well.
- Serve and enjoy.
Notes:
- You can use a cheese grater to grate the vegetables.
- When you squeeze the vegetables, squeeze with all your might.
- Turnip adds sweet kicks but you can replace it with similar ingredients like apples and pears.
